Holiday Jar Collection
Healing looks different for everyone. My person path to healing, meant letting myself connect with what brings me joy. These jars started out at Holiday gifts for teachers and service providers my kids had in their lives. I wasn't expecting it to spark a light in me. When I was envisioning what would be a part of A Means to a Mend, I spent a long time telling myself these would need to be a separate project. I decided in Fall of 2023 that I was being silly and I brought these beautiful jars to market. I am hoping to continue that this upcoming year.
Everyone who's held or looked at these jars has said the same thing - they really sparkle! Some of that sparkle is the energy I put into making them. They are 100% hand-made by me - whether my hands are on a person on my table, or are making something with joy - energy transfers! The larger jars (1L) represent Mrs. Clause in her Crone state. They are more uniform than the smaller jars (500 mL). The smaller jars represent Mrs. Clause in her maiden/mother state. Pricing and booth locations will be released closer to Holiday Market season!

Supplements & Nutrients
I really rejected the idea that I needed to take supplements in order to achieve my health goals. Everyone's pathway looks different. There are several nutrients that I will supplement for the rest of my life because when I don't - my health takes a hit. I am very picky about what brands I use. Nature's Sunshine is a company where I get several of my products from. They have one of the best methylated B vitamins that I've found - which is so important for neurodivergent brains. Here is a list of products that I frequently suggest from Nature's Sunshine:

Planners & Organizers
I know how popular apps like Motion have become with neurodivergent people. I love people finding systems to organize themselves that make sense to them. Time-blind-ness is awful. Some of my learning to work for myself was finding my own system to keeping my notes and daily plan in the same place. I love bullet style notebooks and got tired of maintaining a planner and a book to keep my notes. After physically drawing this planner system out into a bullet journal twice, I decided it was a better use of my time to design it and print it with Kindle Direct Printing (KDP). The planner is 13 weeks of undated daily pages. Every 7 days there is a weekly page to organize meal planning, budget for the week and to make a list of goals for the week. They are undated so if you miss a week, you are able to continue. There are also notes pages available at the end of every 7 days so that all of your important information is in one place. Bonus - there is only 13 weeks at a time, so if you misplace one, you haven't lost an entire year. I will be releasing a seasonal set in the spring when the cycle resets. For now, I have these gorgeous covers to choose from.
